We offer password removal services for clients that can provide proof of ownership of system that needs a password removed. This proof can be a sales receipt, personal photos on system or by describing in great detail what kind of content is on the system. If you are unable to provide adequate proof of ownership, we will unfortunately not be able to remove passwords for you. We apologize for the inconvenience. Because business computer systems are much more difficult to remove passwords from, the charge for this service will be slightly higher for those systems depending on the type of system.
